Noodle

Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Noodle (the “Service”), operated by Cranium AI (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them, and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Noodle lets you mark up screenshots, drawing sheets and other images, for example with Apple Pencil on an iPad, and hand them to an AI assistant you connect, such as Claude. It is in a private beta and free while the beta lasts.

2. Accounts and access

Access is by invitation. You sign in with a Google account and must keep it secure. Each account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what an AI assistant you connect does with it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the images you add and the marks and notes you make. You give us permission to store and process them as needed to run the Service, including sending them to AI assistants you connect. Only add content you have the right to use and share in this way. Do not add another organization's confidential material, such as a client's drawings, unless you are permitted to. Noodle is a workspace, not an archive, so keep your own copies of anything important.

4. AI assistants you connect

Connecting an assistant is your choice. Its provider's terms apply to what it receives and produces. Assistants can misread marks, handwriting and drawings, so review what they tell you before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

6. Beta, storage and price

Each account has a storage limit, shown in Noodle, which we may change during the beta. The Service is free during the beta. If we later charge for it, we will tell you first and you can decide whether to continue.

7. Availability and changes

As a beta, the Service may change, be interrupted or end. If we end it, we will try to give you notice and time to save copies of your sheets.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Areas and measurements Noodle works out from drawings are estimates that depend on the scale you or an assistant gave; check them before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noodle and Cranium AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or CAD $100.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your Noodle at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or when the beta ends.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you in Noodle or by email. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
